You can reach us during the week, from Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm (Pacific Time). We are offline on most weekends. However, we will respond to your question by the next business day (excluding public holidays). We strive to ensure that the highest quality of customer service is maintained and delivered to our customers. 

► C A R E ∙ I N S T R U C T I O N

Please note the following proper-care instructions of our Gold Spoon jewelry products:

*Chlorine and chemicals found in hair-care products (such as shampoos and conditioners), bath liquids, and soaps can be hard on the jewelry. We advise that you remove your Gold Spoon jewelry before showering, taking a bath (including hot tubs), swimming, and entering saunas or steam rooms.

*Please avoid exposing your jewelry to hairsprays, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals (such as sunscreen or face mist).

*Your jewelry can be cleaned and dried using a soft cloth or a polishing cloth. We recommend you store your jewelry in an airtight container or a Ziploc bag.

*Store your jewelry with the anti-tarnish strip provided, to absorb moisture and prevent tarnish.

*Gold Spoon Jewelry products are not intended for children ages 12 or under. Our products contain small parts, which can be (and some are) a choking hazard.

*All items are packed inside an elegant, Gold Spoon jewelry box. If you are purchasing a product to send as a gift, we can send the product directly to the recipient. Please ensure you write the recipient’s address as the shipping address (not your own) at checkout.
